As soon as we receive your order, we will automatically contact our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment, process the charges and send the order for shipment.

We will contact you separately for items that are personalized in nature to ensure the appropriate customizations are applied. These items will only be processed and shipped after we have received your customizations.
